Libraries 2.0

WOW, there is a lot to learn and remember, it looks like long term libraries will have to reallocate time on a daily basis to 2.0 to ensure staff confident and upto date with all the applications.

week 6 tagging with Technorati

I am in the process of recording all of Stonnington's blogs as favorites in Technorati.They are tagged as library related. I have also checked out del.icio.us but as I rarely use the internet, and really don't have any favourites in particular I have not set up any tags at this point

Rolling with Rollyo

I have just created my first rollyo scroll. I have registered a selection of/theme/activity based sites to help with my preperation for storytime.

Library thing

I really enjoyed library thing. I think it is a fantastic way to catalogue the titles you have read and enjoyed(or not) and to be able to share your views with other readers of similar tastes is something I am sure many people apprieciate. I would love to see the library get involved with this. We could create a Stonnington group and have interested borrowers join up and compare their books, likes, dislikes etc.
